We use personal data to manage bookings, provide services, send invoices, process payments, communicate with customers, handle legal/accounting requirements, improve our services and protect our business.
4. Legal Bases
We process data where necessary for contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate business interests, consent where required, and to protect legal rights.
5. Payments
Card payments may be processed by Stripe. EAH Studios does not store full card numbers or CVC codes. Stripe handles payment processing under its own privacy and security standards.
6. Sharing Data
We may share data with service providers such as payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, accounting systems, legal/accounting advisers and suppliers where needed to provide the service or comply with law.
7. Retention
We keep booking, invoice and accounting records for as long as necessary for business, tax and legal obligations. Event media may be retained for portfolio or customer delivery unless deletion is requested and we are legally able to delete it.
8. Your Rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
