The customer must ensure suitable access, power, space, and permission for setup at the venue.
Gallery photos/videos shown on our website/social media are for promotional purposes. Your event media may be used unless you request otherwise in writing.
The customer is responsible for guests’ behaviour around equipment. Any damage caused by misuse may be chargeable.
We store booking details to manage your request and communicate with you. We do not sell your data.
